Basic Grooming
Our Basic Grooming program will teach you several skills so you can groom your own dog at home. This can save you hundreds, if not thousands of dollars over a lifetime. In our 4 week course, you'll learn the following:
Shampooing, drying and properly brushing out your dog
Ear Care
Nail Care
Teeth brushing
Administering medicine
The proper way to apply flea and tick control
Baby Makes 4 Counseling
Are you expecting a baby and worried about how your dog(s) will react? In general, your dog goes from being the #1 baby to #4 immediately after you bring your child home from the hospital. This can be quite an adjustment for all involved. In Baby Makes 4, we'll go over the best ways to introduce your baby to your dog(s), and the adjustments you'll need to make for a happy home!
May I Pet Your Dog?
This presentation is great for children 10 and under. We'll teach your child how to and how NOT to approach a dog in given situations. We'll cover signs dogs show when happy, nervous, friendly or not so friendly! We'll also show them what to do if accidentally attacked by a dog, and how to protect themselves.
